Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience, preferably within Investment Banking, Investor relations or Alternative Credit Management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation, business writing and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
  • Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses preferred (required within first year of employment)
  • Undergraduate degree is required

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with new business pipeline through client & consultants updates and other internal reporting
  • Assisting with identifying prospects
  • Liaising with product specialists to drive follow ups and deliverables
  • Prepping for meetings and client roadshows
  • Contact management, including CRM/Salesforce maintenance
  • Coordinating institutional client and consultant requests
  • Helping to manage internal IOI and client tracking initiatives
  • Collaborating on internal BXC ICS initiatives across asset class

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $125,000 - $175,000
  • Additional compensation offered in connection with the role
