About the position

Kforce's client in the maritime industry is seeking a skilled Web App Developer to design and build front-end applications using Blazor. The role involves modifying existing applications, developing new features, and collaborating with engineers, product owners, and users to identify and solve technical problems. The developer will support the timely delivery of technical solutions and participate in team initiatives while testing and evaluating new programs to determine their operational practicality.

Responsibilities

• Design and build front-end applications using Blazor
• Modify existing applications
• Develop new features across a variety of systems
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and users to identify technical problems and provide solutions
• Support timely delivery of technical solutions
• Participate in team initiatives
• Test and evaluate new programs
• Determine operational practicality

Requirements

• Skilled in all aspects of Blazor, especially Blazor - Webassembly and Blazor Hybrid App
• Knowledge of Object Oriented programming languages, especially C# and HTML, CSS
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with ASP .NET Web Service and REST API
• Experience maintaining a web application in Windows server or Azure
• Ability to build data auditing processes
• Experienced in Azure DevOps and CI/CD
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile based processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Good collaboration skills
• Ability to work well in a team

Nice-to-haves

• Windows Application development experience
• Unit Testing using Bunit
• Knowledge of Generative AI
