About the position

The Blended Case Management Supervisor at the Achievement Center of LECOM Health is responsible for overseeing a collaborative team that supports children, adolescents, and young adults with serious mental illness or emotional disorders. This role involves providing guidance and mentoring to staff, ensuring adherence to program regulations, and fostering connections with clients to enhance their access to community services.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to the program, supporting staff who work closely with families to access community services.
• Ensure program adherence to family-focused intervention principles.
• Supervise BCM staff to ensure appropriate delivery of services and manage time/attendance and productivity.
• Support program credentialing, ethical standards, and regulatory accreditations for BCM services, providing direct services as needed.
• Provide rotation on-call services as a back-up supervisor.

Requirements

• A master's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling or education and 3 years of mental health direct care experience; OR
• A bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, education, or be a registered nurse, and 5 years of mental health direct care experience, 2 of which shall include supervisory experience; OR
• A bachelor's degree in nursing and 3 years of mental health direct care experience.
