About the position

The Lubricant Sales Specialist, also referred to as a Blended Oil Specialist, is responsible for driving business growth within designated territories while fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role emphasizes the importance of health and safety, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new and profitable business through cold calling, networking, and leveraging internal and external leads.
  • Prepare sales plans and forecasts, monitoring and tracking to ensure sales quotas are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and propose customer solutions utilizing the company's extensive product and service offerings.
  • Manage customer-specific requests, including job roles, scope, margins, and overall profitability.
  • Utilize CRM for activity management and growth initiatives.
  • Engage in weekly travel, including overnight trips as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making skills in adverse situations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
