The Blender Operator is responsible for the unloading, loading, and blending of fertilizer in a warehouse and distribution environment. This role emphasizes safety and requires attention to detail while performing various tasks related to fertilizer handling and maintenance of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Blends and loads fertilizer formulations.
- Maintains conveyor systems.
- Unloads railcars and trucks of fertilizer.
- Maintains cleanliness in fertilizer storage and loadout areas.
- Maintains run-off.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned by the leader.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Can operate a forklift.
- Attention to detail.
