In this role, you will be responsible for building year-round client relationships and providing comprehensive tax services including tax preparation, audit support, and planning. You will create confidence in our clients by conducting tax interviews both face-to-face and through virtual tools such as video conferencing, phone, chat, and email. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating business growth, increasing client retention, and offering additional products and services while continuously growing your tax expertise.
