About the position

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer to join our team in either Charlotte, NC or New York. This position requires an onsite presence from day one, with a hybrid work model that allows for three days in the office each week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technology and development, with experience in creating and implementing blockchain solutions. You will be responsible for designing and developing smart contracts, integrating blockchain with existing systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of blockchain applications. As a Blockchain Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing blockchain applications, as well as staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that leverage blockchain to enhance business processes and drive digital transformation. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for blockchain technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or similar role.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Python.
• Familiarity with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or others.
• Knowledge of cryptography and security protocols related to blockchain.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with decentralized applications (dApps).
