About the position

The Blockchain Developer at Wipro Technologies is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a distributed blockchain-based network. This role involves analyzing requirements, designing blockchain technology tailored to specific business models, and launching blockchain networks.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies.
• Brainstorm and evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they evolve.
• Maintain and extend current client and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logic.
• Engage with the global blockchain community and implement the latest improvement proposals.
• Document new solutions and maintain existing ones.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in blockchain development.
• Strong software development background.
• Experience working with large codebases.
• Experience with open source projects.
• Proficiency in C, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures.
• Familiarity with basic cryptography.
• Familiarity with P2P networks.
• Strong knowledge of bitcoin-like blockchains.
