About the position

Blue Duck Deli is looking for dedicated kitchen staff to fill the roles of Line Cook and Dishwasher. These full-time positions are essential to our busy lunch service, focusing on farm-to-table cuisine. The ideal candidates will have a passion for culinary arts and thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation for service.

  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a line cook or dishwasher.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
