About the position

Step It Up ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our new Behavioral Health Care Agency. The role involves providing in-home and school-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The BCBA will have the flexibility to choose their own hours and will work closely with a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, making a significant impact on the lives of clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification.
• At least one year working as a BCBA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration.
• Dependability.
