About the position
The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) position at Therapy Smarts is a full-time hybrid role focused on providing pediatric services in a clinic setting. The role involves working three days onsite and two days remotely, allowing for flexibility while delivering high-quality ABA services. The BCaBA will lead and mentor a team, develop comprehensive intervention programs, and collaborate with other professionals to enhance the quality of life for children and adolescents with various diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
- Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery.
- Foster a positive team culture and support agency culture/morale.
- Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations and conducting performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other team members.
Requirements
- BCaBA certification
- Experience in applied behavior analysis
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of ABA
- Strong mentoring and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
