Responsibilities
- Provides direction and coordination in developing and implementing service and individual treatment plans.
- Assesses the behavioral needs of youth and adults and makes treatment recommendations.
- Performs as the lead member of an inter-disciplinary team and makes intervention suggestions to other members of the support team.
Requirements
- An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Three (3) years of direct work experience in behavior analysis.
- Certification in Behavior Analysis is required and must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.
