About the position

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Behavioral Innovations, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This position involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention plans. You will work collaboratively with families and other professionals while mentoring and supervising a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by our team of RBTs.
• Mentor and provide guidance to RBTs and other staff members.
• Work closely with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
