About the position

The BCBA position at AZA United involves providing individualized support to clients through a combination of home, telehealth, and clinic-based treatment. The role emphasizes a team-based culture, manageable caseloads, and professional development opportunities, all while maintaining a strong focus on work/life balance. BCBAs will supervise assistant specialists and behavior technicians, deliver training, and participate in collaborative projects to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve a caseload of individual clients using in-person and telehealth service delivery models.
  • Supervise assistant specialists and behavior technicians.
  • Provide training for parents and direct care staff as needed.
  • Participate in collaborative projects and professional development, including case reviews and research analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment settings, specifically in autism services.
  • Experience providing clinical oversight to others.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensed as a Behavior Analyst by the AZ Board of Psychologist Examiners (or eligible to apply if from out of state).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with culturally responsive care and trauma-informed practices.
  • Familiarity with neurodiversity affirming practices.
