About the position

Milestones Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services in the greater Atlanta, GA area. This fully remote position requires candidates to reside in Georgia and be fluent in Spanish. The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, focusing on helping children on the Autism Spectrum reach their full potential through effective behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized assessments and treatment plans
• Plan, manage, and support technician staff's implementation of behavioral intervention plans
• Provide ABA training for parents and other caregivers
• Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals
• Monitor and evaluate progress and treatment effectiveness regularly
• Manage data regarding the client's progress using our software program
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Holds a master's degree in behavior analysis from an accredited college or university
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in providing ABA therapy
• Knowledge of additional languages besides Spanish
