The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp) involves providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals across Oregon. The role is designed for both full-time and part-time candidates, offering flexibility in work hours and locations. The position includes responsibilities such as developing behavior plans, supervising support staff, and collaborating with caregivers to enhance intervention outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Completing assessments and developing comprehensive behavior plans to achieve quality of life goals.
• Implementing behavior plans through direct intervention and supervision of support staff.
• Collecting data via PBS data collection systems.
• Completing assessments, developing written reports and updates, and conducting graphical analyses within designated timelines.
• Providing caregiver training as applicable.
• Supervising behavior assistants and/or RBTs.
• Collaborating with caregivers and other service professionals to enhance and integrate intervention as applicable.
• Attending regional meetings held by PBS Corp.
• Completing session progress notes in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must have a BCBA or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Level Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Working experience in ABA (including practicum/internship experience).
• Availability for in-person services.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with telehealth services.
• Familiarity with PBS data collection systems.
