About the position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Great Heights is focused on providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to clients in diverse communities. The role emphasizes the development and implementation of treatment care plans, skill assessments, and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The BCBA is expected to uphold the company's mission of compassion and support while working collaboratively with clients, caregivers, and other professionals. Responsibilities

• Complete skill assessments and develop treatment care plans.
• Develop and implement client programming and behavior intervention plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs for client skill acquisition and performance improvement.
• Conduct social validity interviews with caregivers.
• Apply various approved assessments such as VB-Mapp and AFLS.
• Ensure caregiver approval of treatment care plans through signature after review meetings.
• Oversee the development and delivery of materials for interventions and programs.
• Provide training on interventions to RBT team members and caregivers.
• Complete weekly consults with RBT team members and provide written feedback.
• Collaborate with other providers and give client support in appropriate locations.
• Attend and participate in Peer Review Committee meetings.
• Promote an ethical culture that upholds the values and policies of Great Heights.
• Maintain BCBA certification through continuing education and abide by the BACB's ethical code of conduct.

Requirements

• Master's degree with certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• In good standing with the BACB.
• Ability to work necessary hours to provide high-quality service.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
