About the position

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at North Shore Pediatric Therapy, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of children and families through dedicated behavioral analysis and support. Responsibilities

  • Mentor and actively manage a team of RBTs, helping them develop into skilled clinicians.
  • Lead a caseload of 6-9 children, providing 145-150 hours of care per month.
  • Develop treatment protocols and conduct parent training sessions.
  • Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, PTs, and other experts to deliver holistic, interdisciplinary care.
  • Access free in-house CEUs and a $500 annual CEU stipend for professional development.

Requirements

  • Certified and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experienced in functional behavior assessments and crafting data-driven care plans.
  • Passionate about mentoring and developing RBTs.
