About the position

The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program Coordinator at Developmental Foundations is responsible for developing and implementing effective ABA therapy programs for clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This role involves supervising and training staff, monitoring client progress, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective ABA therapy program including assessments and analysis, behavior and treatment strategies, and behavior support programs (BSP).
  • Monitor caseloads and observe clients in community settings and residential operations.
  • Supervise, support, and train Behavior Analysts and direct care staff to effectively implement BSPs.
  • Deliver timely and accurate documentation and assist QIDPs in creating monthly progress reports.
  • Participate in Behavior Management and Human Rights Committee meetings.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in applied behavior analysis, early childhood education/development, special education, pediatric therapy, psychology, or a related field.
  • Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current licensure.
  • Two years' experience implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis services.
  • 56U provider approval in the State of Illinois preferred.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
