Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments.
• Write progress reports and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians (BTs/RBTs).
• Provide support and feedback to families and caregivers.
• Conduct functional assessments and analyses as needed.
• Review program effectiveness and make recommendations based on data.

Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification.
• Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with families and caregivers.
• Ability to supervise and mentor behavior technicians.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with virtual electronic data collection systems.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and practices.
