About the position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at the ABA Center in Grand Rapids, MI, is a full-time role that allows for flexible scheduling. The primary focus of this role is to enhance children's abilities to succeed through the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. The BCBA will supervise behavioral technicians, conduct assessments, provide parent training, and develop client-specific programs, all while enjoying the freedom to create their own work schedule within the center's operational hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the behavioral technician implementation of programming
• Completing assessments
• Providing parent training
• Developing client-specific programs
• Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCBA eligibility
• Michigan BCBA Licensure
• Minimum of one year of ABA experience
• BCaBA would also be considered
