About the position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Child Builders ABA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This role emphasizes collaboration with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients. The BCBA also provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based practices in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.

Requirements

  • Valid BCBA certification.
  • Experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
