About The Position
Growing non-public school in Oxnard, CA is seeking a fulltime BCBA to work with students facing a wide variety of developmental challenges. The BCBA is responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and strategies to support the students. We offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision. The primary goal of this role is to promote positive behavior, social skills, and emotional well-being among students, thereby creating a conducive learning environment. The BCBA will collaborate closely with teachers and other service providers.
