About the position

We are seeking passionate and caring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team at Children's Behavioral Therapy PLLC in Beaumont, TX. In this full-time role, you will conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for children affected by autism, while supervising a small caseload of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Responsibilities

  • Perform intakes and assessments
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based ABA principles
  • Perform monthly parent trainings
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Mentor incoming therapists
  • Implement, monitor, collect, and evaluate data

Requirements

  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, special education, or a similar field
  • Current and unrestricted Behavior Analyst TX license
  • BCBA Certification
  • Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
