Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and best practices in behavioral health.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
