About the position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Satyaluna Health & Wellness is responsible for conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily focusing on those with autism and special needs. This role involves collaboration with families and professionals to promote positive behavior change, with a hybrid work model that includes both in-person and telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement effective Behavior Support Plans tailored to the needs of clients.
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust intervention strategies as necessary.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency in behavioral interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and relevant licensing/accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensure in TN required prior to first day.
• Experience working with children and adults with autism and special needs.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather, organize, and present data/information clearly.
• Experience in training and supervising staff.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, delegate, and coordinate effectively.
• Commitment to professional development and staying informed about industry advancements.
