Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and implement behavior analyst principles.
• Mentor, coach, train, and aid BCaBA and RBTs in providing high-quality care.
• Aid in the development of instructional materials.
• Create treatment plans and recommendations based on ABC data, FBA, and initial assessment observations.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans based on modifying antecedents and consequences.
• Review and audit clinical notes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• BCBA License/Certificate
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel
