About the position
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at The COR Behavioral Group is responsible for supervising in-home and school-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the Autism Spectrum. The role emphasizes a commitment to providing high-quality care through evidence-based treatment, client and family education, and community resource support.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and training to ABA therapists on assigned caseloads
- Provide parent training to families/caregivers
- Plan for treatment by monitoring client progress, reviewing/analyzing data and graphs, and modifying procedures/treatment goals
- Maintain documentation, provide periodic reports on progress, and update treatment approaches/plans as needed
- Reliable transportation to attend to on-site services
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- BCBA certificate (Preferred)
- Experience with individuals with multiple medical conditions a plus
