About the position

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Piscataway, NJ. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing client programming and ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral services to children diagnosed with autism. This role emphasizes a one-on-one approach to teaching foundational skills through natural play, with a focus on client success and ethical practice. The BCBA will also lead and supervise behavior technicians, maintain relationships with clients and their families, and contribute to a positive and creative workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client programming for a caseload of approximately 7 clients.
• Ensure clinical quality, prescription fulfillment, and ethical practice.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in both clinic and home settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans (TP) for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports for assigned clients.
• Monitor ABA programs and conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
• Direct and supervise behavior technicians, including oversight of RBT supervision hours.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist Clinical Directors with conducting Initial Assessments as needed.
• Document all activities according to BACB and funder guidelines.

Requirements

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Mac OS.
