About The Position
Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Piscataway, NJ. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing client programming and ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral services to children diagnosed with autism. This role emphasizes a one-on-one approach to teaching foundational skills through natural play, with a focus on client success and ethical practice. The BCBA will also lead and supervise behavior technicians, maintain relationships with clients and their families, and contribute to a positive and creative workplace culture.
