About the position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Autism Connections involves providing high-quality behavioral support and developmental care services to children with autism and developmental needs. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, clinical oversight of ABA therapy, and the development of individualized treatment plans to enhance children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
  • Conduct functional behavior analysis, intake and progress assessments
  • Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
  • Teach adaptive life skills
  • Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:1 with clients
  • Support clients and families to ensure client success
  • Maintain high clinical quality with a manageable case load

Requirements

  • Board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA)
  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
  • Experience working with clients with developmental needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI)
  • Current TB clearance
