About the position
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor at T&K Innovators is a full-time leadership role focused on managing the performance and development of the Behavior & Crisis consulting team. This position is essential for ensuring that consultants meet service hour targets and maintain high standards in behavior analysis and crisis management. The supervisor will enhance consultants' skills through coaching, training, and development, while also managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consultants achieve service hour targets for behavior and crisis consulting.
- Oversee consultant schedules and conduct monthly performance reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications for all consultants and supervisors.
- Generate monthly reports detailing consultants' hours worked and performance metrics.
- Supervise and develop consultants through targeted coaching and training.
- Conduct workshops on advanced behavior analysis techniques and crisis management strategies.
- Create individualized coaching plans based on performance data.
- Organize monthly review sessions with each consultant to discuss progress and set goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of service reports and maintain detailed customer records.
- Manage client satisfaction through regular onsite visits and prompt issue resolution.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- BCBA Certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavior analysis or crisis management.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in coaching, training, and performance management of consultants.
- Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and performance reviews.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data and client feedback.
