About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for a remote position based in Illinois. This position offers a unique opportunity for a Full-Time BCBA to work onsite, supporting a district-level caseload spanning from Early Childhood to 8th grade across four buildings. The selected candidate will collaborate with a team of four Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while leveraging their expertise to assist teams with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed. This role is crucial in ensuring that effective behavioral interventions are implemented to support students' learning and development. The BCBA will be responsible for supporting four buildings with a focus on collaborative efforts. There is no specific caseload assigned; instead, the BCBA will work with teams on FBAs and BIPs as requested. The position requires utilizing Central Reach (LiftEd) for streamlined processes and collaborating with teachers and paraprofessionals to ensure effective interventions are in place. The BCBA will also model best practices and approaches when working with challenging students, contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment. This remote position is designed for flexibility, with core hours from 7:15 AM to 2:50 PM. The role is expected to start on March 4, 2024, and continue until June 4, 2024, aligning with the school year. Candidates must possess valid Illinois BCBA Licensure and have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist. Requirements

  • Valid Illinois BCBA Licensure
