About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in San Jose, CA. This full-time position involves working 20-30 hours per week, primarily in a school setting, where the BCBA will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and assist with training and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Implement behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient progress
• Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the client's care

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
