About the position

The Executive Director will lead Independent Living Housing Inc. in achieving its strategic objectives, focusing on business development, operations management, and senior leadership. This part-time role requires a dynamic leader who can drive growth, manage complex projects, and develop strategic plans to enhance the organization's impact in supportive housing and youth development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to the organization, aligning the team with the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Oversee the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans, focusing on process improvement and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous learning, where employees feel valued and supported.
  • Manage and mentor senior leadership team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
