The Pet Care Tech position at Waiterock Kennels involves caring for dogs in a boarding kennel environment. Responsibilities
- Exercising the dogs (usually 10-15 dogs)
- Playing with the dogs
- Picking up poop
- Cleaning indoor-outdoor runs and tidying up to keep it all in clean order
- Wiping down walls, floors, etc. as everything ends up getting dusty and dirty
- Feeding dogs, doing dishes and laundry
- Interfacing with clients
- Cross-training to work reception for checking in dogs for boarding and daycare
- Bathing dogs when necessary
Requirements
- Must have a driver's license
- Must have own transportation
