Responsibilities

• Operate and navigate Launch Vessel in various water conditions
• Ensure the safety of passengers and crew members on board
• Maintain and inspect the boat's mechanical systems and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance checks
• Monitor weather conditions and make decisions regarding safe navigation
• Communicate effectively with passengers and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage the loading and unloading of passengers and cargo
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• Valid Boat USCG Captain's license or Launch Operators License
• Proven boat handling experience as a Boat Captain or Launch Driver
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Familiarity with maritime laws, regulations, and safety procedures
• Physical fitness to perform duties such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods
