• Negotiating settlements with the injured party or their legal representative.
• Communicating regularly with clients regarding the status of their claims and addressing any questions they may have.
• Documenting all aspects of a claim, including the investigation, assessment of damages, and settlement negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years previous auto liability claim handling experience or minimum 1 year bodily injury claims experience preferred.
• Multi-line Texas Adjuster's license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business-related software.
• Ability to type own reports and other correspondence.
