• Manage a BI claims operation of over 250 employees to enhance performance and engagement.

• Set clear goals, provide feedback, and support ongoing development for team members.
• Direct and coordinate all claims office operations for consistent claim handling.
• Identify and assess compliance risks and develop processes to mitigate them.
• Manage vendor contracts and performance.
• Analyze operating and financial data to identify emerging trends.
• Facilitate partnerships with strategic business unit members to address performance gaps.
• Provide input into national product strategies for sustained profitable growth.
