Responsibilities

• Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion.
• Set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support ongoing development of team members.
• Actively contribute to and hold a leadership role within the Bodily Injury department and overall Claims organization leadership teams.
• Direct and coordinate all claims office operations to ensure a consistent claim handling approach.
• Ensure strategy execution to meet identified goals and objectives.
• Leverage best practices and shared services to impact financial results.
• Identify and assess compliance risks and develop processes to mitigate them.
• Manage vendor contracts, activities, and performance.
• Analyze operating and financial data to identify emerging trends.
• Facilitate partnerships with strategic business unit members to develop strategies addressing performance gaps.

Requirements
