About the position

The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center is seeking a board-certified Body Imaging Radiologist to join its Department of Radiological Sciences. This role involves providing a comprehensive array of imaging services, including the interpretation of CT, MR, ultrasound, and radiographs, as well as performing image-guided procedures. The position also includes opportunities for teaching, research, and administrative involvement within a large physician group that serves multiple hospitals in the Oklahoma City area.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret CT, MR, ultrasound, and radiographs.
  • Perform image-guided procedures.
  • Participate in teaching responsibilities, including lectures and daily training of residents, fellows, and medical students.
  • Engage in research and administrative efforts of the section.
  • Participate in night and weekend faculty call coverage.

Requirements

  • Board certification in Body Imaging Radiology.
  • Completion of an ACGME accredited residency training program and fellowship in body imaging or significant experience in the field.
  • Eligibility for licensure in Oklahoma.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in teaching and training medical students and residents.
  • Research experience in imaging.
