About the position

The Body Shop Receptionist at Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting in Waco, TX is responsible for managing front desk operations, including customer interactions, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks related to customer repairs and billing. Responsibilities

• Manage customer appointments and inquiries at the front desk.
• Handle payments for customer repairs and billing processes.
• Provide administrative support and reporting as needed.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and good decision-making ability.
• Driver's License is required.
