About the position
We are currently in search of a full-time Boiler Service Technician experienced in the commercial and industrial field. The ideal candidates must have the ability to perform maintenance, service, and repair of all makes and models of commercial and industrial boilers. This position requires a technician who can provide customers with professional, excellent service, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement of boilers, systems, and components. The role is critical in ensuring that all boiler systems operate efficiently and safely, which is essential for the comfort and safety of our clients. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues with boiler systems and implementing effective solutions. This includes performing routine maintenance checks, responding to service calls, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The position may also involve some travel to client sites, which requires flexibility and a willingness to work in various environments. Candidates should be prepared to work overtime and be on a rotating on-call schedule as needed. In addition to technical skills, the role demands excellent customer service skills, as technicians will interact directly with clients to explain issues and solutions. Consistent and reliable attendance is crucial, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Welding experience is a plus, as it may be required for certain repairs and installations.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3 - 5 years work related experience in boiler service and repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
