About the position

The Digital Marketing Project Manager at Inspired Vibe LLC is responsible for overseeing project logistics and ensuring smooth operations throughout all phases of project development. This role requires a blend of technical skills, organizational abilities, and interpersonal communication to effectively coordinate projects, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain client folders, project management boards, and Slack channels for organized communication.
  • Develop and maintain client dashboards and templates for brand development and monthly services.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for client tracking, ensuring accurate records of project progress.
  • Maintain timelines in task management software, marking dependent tasks with chronological due dates.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, implementing follow-up tasks into task management software.
  • Participate in strategy sessions with the Marketing Account Team for new project requests.
  • Manage credit utilization to meet project requirements and consult on capacity for project timelines.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey project expectations and updates.
  • Proactively solve problems and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project management tasks.
  • Exhibit a client-focused mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction and fostering partnerships.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills to balance multiple projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and seek opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and other communication platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office for at least 1 year.
