About the position

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate business office functions under the direction of the Administrator.
  • Prepare, submit, receive, and verify reports related to business operations.
  • Manage accounts receivable and collections, including insurance billing, Medicaid, and Medicare billing.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting practices and regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in Long Term Care or office management preferred.
  • Ability to relate positively to residents, families, and government regulators.
  • Strong computer knowledge and understanding.
