About the position

The Book Keeper/HR position is a mid-level role focused on managing both bookkeeping services and human resources functions within a health care technology company. Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping services including balance sheet, income statement, and bank reconciliations.
  • Perform month-end close and prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for setup, maintenance, and training.
  • Conduct catch-up bookkeeping and accounting software implementation.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Handle billing and invoicing for clients and vendors.
  • Manage payroll and 1099s.
