About the position

We are seeking a part-time Book Keeper to join our team in North San Diego County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and possess excellent computer skills. This position requires a commitment of approximately five to ten hours per week, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial reports as needed.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements
