  • Posting time and expenses to client's account billing
  • Entering time slips and billing clients using The Tussman Program
  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Communicating with clients
  • Providing support to office staff with scheduling appointments, greeting, and assisting clients
  • Receiving and sending emails and faxes
  • Opening and closing client files
  • Maintaining an organized filing system and organizing documents
  • Preparation of correspondence and memos
  • Assisting with various clerical tasks as needed
  • Managing and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information

Requirements

  • Experience in bookkeeping or billing
  • Proficiency in using billing software, preferably The Tussman Program
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
