SPUR Hospitality is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to join our team in Midtown's Colony Square. The ideal candidate will work from 9am to 2pm or 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our two restaurants, Saints + Council and Cuevacia. This role is crucial for ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely, which is essential for the smooth operation of our business. The bookkeeper will primarily focus on general data entry into QuickBooks Online, ensuring that all financial data is up to date. This includes managing our inventory system, reconciling bank accounts, and handling accounts payable. Additionally, the role involves general administrative tasks such as printing, file organization, and payroll processing. The bookkeeper will work closely with the owner and marketing manager in a small office environment, which consists of three employees. This position requires a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, as it is the primary tool used for bookkeeping. The successful candidate will have at least one year of bookkeeping experience and must be able to commute to our office located at 1221 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30361. This is a part-time position with an expected workload of approximately 25 hours per week, offering a pay rate of $23 to $26 per hour, along with paid time off.
