About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team in Upland, CA. This full-time position involves preparing and analyzing financial records for our companies, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting various accounting projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports.
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets.
• Responsible for preparing financial statements.
• Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue.
• Maintain and record fixed assets.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist with other accounting projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields.
• At least 2 years' experience in QuickBooks.
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools.
• Detail and deadline-oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
