About the position

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager to oversee daily financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounting functions efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure GAAP compliance.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and tax preparation.
  • Implement internal controls and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, payroll, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred).
